3.2.6. The Contractor reserves the right to send information materials and newsletters to the Customer's contact information. The acceptance of this offer confirms the Customer's consent to receive information materials, newsletters, electronic mailings and other mailings carried out by the Contractor at its sole discretion.

 

3.2.7. To transfer the Customer's data to third parties (other Customers) in order to discuss mutually beneficial cooperation. The data that may be transferred include: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address. The transfer of such data does not require the Contractor to obtain a separate permission from the Customer.

 

7. DATA CONFIDENTIALITY

 

7.1. The Customer is responsible for the confidentiality of his registration name (login) and password, as well as for all actions performed under this name (login) and password.

 

7.2. The Contractor shall not be liable for and shall not reimburse any damages arising from the unauthorized use of the Customer's identification data by third parties.
